When you are happy with your Valuation and your Quote, We will set a time to come and sign the papers with you. We will set an appointment with our Production company to come to your home and video it and take professional photographs.
Photography & Advertising
The production company we hire are experts at getting just the right photographs to show your home in the best light. They will take videos inside and out. The photographer will forward all of this to your Agent and they will prepare a draft of the advertising for your approval. When you have signed-off of your advertising materials, we will get your home on the market, including the MLS, Real Estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com etc...). We will order your sign to be installed at your home and send details of your property to our database of buyers.
Viewings & Offers
Potential buyers will inquire about viewing your home through professional showing service. You can either conduct these viewings yourself or we can do them for you. When we receive an Offer on your home, your Agent will explain it to you fully and then negotiate the Offer on your behalf to get the best possible price. You always have the choice of whether or not to accept an Offer. When an offer is accepted, our escrow department will get started. The legal process of transferring ownership to the buyer will then begin.
Escrow & Closing
Escrow is the legal process of transferring ownership of the property to the buyer. BOLDMOV's In-House Escrow Department means that things will progress more smoothly than if you use a separate real estate agent and separate escrow company. If you are buying another home, we will handle the concurrent closings between all buyers and sellers for maximum convenience. We provide, free of charge, your own escrow coordinator to set appointments for inspections and appraisal, make sure all document are completed correctly and make sure all timelines are met.
